Karen was really helpful and greeted us right away. We had visited this location earlier in the year but didn’t have the info for our quote. She took the time to search for it in the computer and when we couldn’t find it she directed us to what she thought would work. We were able to find a mattress we think will work well and if not they have a good return policy. Definitely check this store out if you’re looking for a mattress!!
We had some specific requirements we wanted in a bed, but had limited knowledge about specific options and brands available. We are turned off by high-pressure sales people. We spoke with Aaron and he listened patiently to us and then explained several options, giving us the pros and cons of each. We always sensed that he genuinely desired to help us and never felt he was attempting to sell us the most expensive options. After making a selection, he helped us determine the best deal. He arranged delivery according to our schedule and followed up with us to ensure we were satisfied with our bed. He even helped us, via a phone call, adjust the remote.
