I come here every year. The water at the water park is nice and warm. The slides and atmosphere are fun, breakfast is delicious with a lot of variety. The beds are comfortable, rooms always clean.. My only complaint is the staff. I constantly encounter a staff member with serious attitude for unwarranted reasons. For example, my poor Mother called from a cell phone to ask the front desk when breakfast was served. The woman at the desk proceeded to lecture her for not using the room phone. Either don't relay the information if it isn't policy or answer the question and shut up. So passive aggressive.
This started out as a hot mess. The bookings were wrong and all of our connected rooms were no longer connected, sadly I never heard from the group if it was addressed or not. The rooms themselves were clean with a rustic appeal. They had enough space for our young children to move around. The pool area was clean and the staff working in the pool area were friendly. Other than the booking snafu the overall experience was rather enjoyable to all of our family and friends staying at the hotel. Thanks!
Our room wasn't ready at check-in time BUT we got into the water park AND they discounted the room plus comped a pizza from the restaurant! The girls working the counter at the water park were very nice and helpful also. Our room was very clean and nice, came with the water park passes, and all for a good price. Will come again.
The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The complementary breakfast was great for the whole family. The staff was friendly and helpful. The water park was geared towards younger kids (I would say 2-10 years old) and their parents. (Teens would have a miserable time) There was a small arcade on site as well with a handful of redemption machines, but not much else. Overall it was a great weekend getaway.
We stayed at Arrowwood over Christmas and the family loved it. Nice rooms with friendly staff. Waterpark was a blast.....and clean. Breakfast was provided and Santa even dropped off gifts overnight!!! Definitely will come again! Thanks Arrowwood!
