Extremely busy on black Friday. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Had to wait a bit, too be expected on the number one shopping day. They did a magnificent job of keeping us informed on were we were on the list to be helped.

Be prepared to wait and wait. Once it is your turn the staff is helpful although they often try to convince you to buy unneeded extras. Shop online, know what you want, or prepare to wait.
Poor customer service, and they sold me a phone with a faulty battery. Google incorrectly told me to go to the store, but i definitely got better help from Verizon customer service reps on the phone than from this store and they were much nicer. You would think that you would get better service from a brick and mortar retailer than over the phone, but that just wasn't my experience here.
