I was very disappointed at the service that was received at this establishment at the mall store.
I went in to do a simple return, and the saleswoman was unwilling to do anything, even ring the returned item into her register, after inspecting the item & saying that it was a frame style that ‘they did not carry.’ I spoke with the woman about looking up the item & scanning it in since she was Hallmark & they are all connected by the corporation, but she told me that I had to take the frame over to the other Hallmark store since that was where it was purchased. Huh?!
Frustrated, I took my frame all the way across town, where the salesperson there looked up the information even though they didn’t sell that particular style of frame either, and was willing to give me store credit for the returned item.
I will never shop at Jenny’s Hallmark again, and will take all of my business across town. Any salesperson unwilling to do their job is undeserving of my business.
