I would not come back to this KFC
Because of the customer service and the buffet is disgusting because I want someone was cleaning the buffet should a spray bottle and some of the spray went into the food and my dad talked to the manager and she said all take care of right away she didn't. The number one thing that is so sad also when I was the girl my Grandpa took me here a lot of the KFC had so much fun time with all the old pinball machine the food was so good I remember but the sad thing is if not anymore so I'll always remember the memories with my family and my grandpa.
This KFC is under new management as of July 2017. Has been cleaned top to bottom and food quality greatly improved!! KFC in Brainerd has been closed. The new owners have phased out the discount punch tickets. Dessert is limited to a canned apple filling in a heated tray. Sometimes the veggies look & taste like 2 day old leftovers.
ordered thru drive thru. got mashed potatoes as part of my meal. stopped to eat no utensils. you have 1 job in drive thru. get it right. went back. no apologies.
Food was good very quite as well enjoyed stopping for lunch
