Out comes the food brought by a different person, and we didn't have silverware. Asked him for it and he didn't return. Our original waiter showed up to ask how things were and we said we didn't have silverware so he got it finally. By this time my food was luke warm on the edges.
We eat there often and have always found the food and prices very good. The restaurant is well maintained and the staff is very friendly. 11-11-17!!! Update having stopped today for lunch we found the restaurant to packed. Then we found out that on veterans day Applebees gives our veterans free meals. This makes us proud to be a patron of a company that is so appreciative our veterans! WELL DONE APPLEBEES!!!
Food is always good. They have a promotion right now. Buy $50.00 in gift cards, get a $10.00 gift card for free. They also have $1.00 long island ice teas all month.
The staff was really nice, but the food could of ended up differently. I ordered the Spinach dip for my appetizer and the top of the Spinach dip was hard and dried up like it had been microwaved. Then after dinner I ordered a dessert. It was a brownie bite with a scoop of ice cream. Upon eating my brownie and ice cream together, I tasted something different! I spit out my bite and there it was... A piece of bacon! So in all, the food could of been better prepped and the service of food delivery could of been faster too.
I have eaten at many Applebees and they all seem to leave me with this experience. Who knows maybe I'm just picky.
Exceptionally long wait for the waiter to arrive after being seated, around 15 minutes. When he did arrive he seemed to be upset about something. When he brought out our appetizer he threw the plates down and vanished.
Very nice waitress with great service and very good food. It was very busy but we got our food very fast.
