Never again !!!
They always have the parts I need on hand. Good people behind the parts counter.
Loved the service.parts were there and staff was helpful.service called me with a quote before fixing and went over what they saw before doing any work.
Brought my mover in to get check out why the belt came off they said it looked fine but possible want to replace two bearings . I said it has 30 hr on it well their not out yet but possible in the future I said no just change the oil . When I go to pick it up 363 $ WOW now a more then I was thinking . I know it was going to cost more for them to look at it but get real . FYI they tried to get me to get the full service when I brought in at first for like 400 and some change I said no thanks . Then called with a 420 quote for thing that I might wont to replace said no thanks but still got the bill close to that 400 mark .
The absolute worst customer service you can imagine. My mower has been in the repair shop for going on 4 weeks. I have made upwards of 20 phone calls and 4 emails. The best answer I got was "I will return your call at my (the service managers) convenience. I called today was put on hold and finally told "We ordered an ignition switch and it hasn't arrived yet." The ignition switch is not a big deal. A conductivity test takes about 5 minutes at most. Take it from me "Avoid doing business with this outfit at all cost."
I took my garden here for service, and was immediately told the service dept was running ten days out.
I then informed them that I was traveling south and wanted to leave my tractor with them, on it's trailer, for my return trip. They got a vacationing mgr. on the phone and he stated that they charge $50/day for trailer storage. "At that rate, I would have owed them at least $500 for storage alone!" The mgr inquired about the customer's name. This made me believe that if I was more important to them, the answer may have been different. This makes me believe their focurs is on the industrial customer and not the individual. They need more competition.
