The customer service at Culligan is very good! I never have a problem getting ahold of someone and getting my questions answered!
I like the exchange tank service because there is no salt to buy and lift and drag in from the car. I wish they weren't so dirty when they set them down to exchange them.

We have been with Culligan of Brainerd since 1992. From the office staff to the Culligan drivers, together they work in sync with us in scheduling salt deliveries, maintenance calls and billing updates. We feel like part of the Culligan "family". We live a bit off the beaten path and from our driveway to the laundry area is a bit of a journey! And our inside circular stairway down to a lower level is always a challange greeted with a smile!!
