Best service ever and was able to get all of my things from old phone restored because of my cloud backup
I was a prior Sprint customer and wanted to change over to Verizon due to never having reliable service on my phone and the very poor "Drop the ball or pass the buck" attitude from Sprint employees. However, I worked with a wonderful, intelligent and personable employee named Paul at the Baxter, MN location today. He took his time and answered all my questions and helped me switch over to Verizon without a worry. I feel very satisfied and will definitely be shopping there again! I have worked in customer service for 20 years and he gets an A++ in my book! :)

Paul was awesome when I purchased my phone on September 27th. He told me I had 14 days to return...no restrictions. My husband decided to switch to ATT with Direct TV Bundle so today we returned the phone. We we're waited on by Anja...such a bad experience. She said my return total was $138 plus...I said my CC was charged $148.95 so why am I not getting a full return...she just kept repeating that I was and couldn't tell me why the $10 difference. She finally figured it out and said it was a $9.99 set up fee...ok I can live with that. Then she said there was a $50 restocking fee. I was never told that by Paul. Not even mentioned but if course she said it was in the agreement I signed... really...Paul didn't tell me to read the agreement on his tiny screen he just said mark all the boxes and sign...my bad I guess. That's a big deal...why wouldn't he mention it. Anja said they r required to tell me this by law but again he didn't and it's her/his word against mine. When I tried to voice my injection her voice raised and she became aggressive, rude and abrupt. My husband said let's just pay and get out of here. Such an awful experience with Anja...she should be suspended if not fired or at least sent to a class on how to deal with customers. Thank goodness we r done with Verizon.
I was up from the cities visiting my parents who live near Brainerd. I needed a new phone and decided to do it while I was in town with my Mom. First, there was NO waiting! Second, Jessica was so friendly and answered all of my questions. Third, we were in and out as soon as one can be when upgrading your phone. Jessica has earned any of my future business along with my parents. Sooner than later for my Mom, she is going to upgrade next week. Thank you Jessica for making it so easy!
