Cant imagine a tire buying experience going any better. Staff did well to explain things after the procedure, even if they were the younger kids who worked in the shop. It is a well organized and disciplined business environment. Great service!
Slowest place on Earth. Just putting snow tires on. I've been in here over two hours and still car hasn't moved. Good prices on initial tire purchase but tire rotation and others services very very poor. I might as well be waiting in Costco or Walmart.
I've bought several sets of tires from them. Stopped in this morning to look at some new rims for my car. 45 minutes later I was driving off with them installed! These guys rock! Fast, friendly, professional service. Plus you can't beat the free tire repair. Highly recommend!
Discount tire sucks. Long ass waits. Never get to talk with anyone except by waiting 10 to 15 mins in line almost every time I go there. I will not buy anymore tires from them. Royal tire is our new tire place. I hate that I have to go there to get my tires rotated for the life of my new tires.
When I bought the tires, they were not in stock. The website led me to believe that the price was an all-in price, but when I got there for the install, I was told there were extra charges for installation that were mentioned nowhere that I saw. Told them I didn't want them--they asked what they could do. I said match the price at the Costco down the road. They came close enough that I thought it would be worth trying. When I left with the new tires, I noticed that there was a vibration that had not been there with the previous tires that had over 100,000 miles on them. I immediately brought it back; in fact, I just drove around the block and went back. They told me there was something off on one of their wheel balancers and they'd use another one. It was better, but at highway speeds, there was still a vibration. I went back today to have them do it again. I was told I would need to wait 45 minutes to an hour since I didn't have an appointment. I thought fine and went across the street to Walmart to pick up something I needed and have lunch. When I returned, at the 1 hour and 10 minute time, my car was still parked where I left it. I told them to give me my keys and I will not return. I regret buying my tires here and wish I'd just stuck with Costco in the first place. I was trying to get a better deal and ended up with a considerably worse one. Never again.
