Very impressed, customer service like this is hard to find these days!!! Kept us well updated through out the entire prossess we didnt have to call them once. The repair was flawless and completed in a very timely mannor. I absolutly recomend Abra out of Baxter Mn and will go nowhere else if in need of autobody work again. Anybody can paint a bumper, fender or do the repair in general. Its all the little stuff with customer service they do better than anybody else in my opinion....THEY EVEN CLEANED AND BUFFED MY RIMS!!

My experience with Abra wasn't the best but the manger was great but he's ultimately not the guy putting your vehicle together. It was clear my vehicle got put together quickly and carelessly before they got let out early for the weather and admitted to not test driving it. It's not often you have to go to a body shop but when I do again I will be choosing a different shop.

Abra did a great job fixing my front end after a collision. It looks great from the sorry state it was in.

Did a good job fixing my car. Nice service.

I chose Abra because they are on my insurance company's list of favored shops. I had a vehicle in for deer collision repair. I received text messages updating me of the repair process. It said I could pickup Wednesday, but when I talked to them they were waiting on a wiring harness pigtail, same for Thursday and Friday as they were trying to finish the vehicle before they let staff go home early before a snowstorm. I talked with the manager and we agreed to meet at the shop on Saturday. Everything looked great on the outside and inside of the vehicle. Because Abra is one of my insurance companies favored shops, they are suppose to do a interior detail and it looked great. I was informed before I took the vehicle that they didn't have time to test drive the vehicle yet. I needed the vehicle to go to St. Paul and noticed problems with the vehicle once in the cities. Drove the vehicle back and asked them to take a look at it but they said that they didn't work on that particular component. They brought it to their favored mechanic shop although that shop wasn't trained on my particular brand of vehicle. I was informed that they believed my transmission was going out but they didn't take it apart to confirm and were going off of what it did in a test drive. When I asked if it was possibly related to my accident (since the vehicle didn't have any of these issues before the accident), I was told "no" but that I could dispute with my insurance company. When I talked to the Abra manager he said they would cover the diagnostic cost from the mechanic shop because it wasn't accident related, I was actually liable for that fee. At this point I was looking the vehicle over myself and noticed the pigtail we were waiting on for 2 days never got secured and was left hanging along with my overhead consoles outside temp sensor. My fan shroud was also left loose enough that it would wiggle. I called my insurance company to update them and let them know it wasn't right and it would be going back in after I had the transmission issue fixed. I ended up having a transmission shop take a look at it and they determined the transmission issue WAS accident related. After I got the vehicle fixed, I went into Abra to have them look at the sensors and fan shroud. I opened the hood and showed him what was wrong and he took my name and number and Ive never heard from them. I ended up buying the temp sensor and fixed the hanging pigtail and loose fan shroud myself.
