During the selling very straight forward, up front about all costs, awesome at pricing, great responsive negotiations; no beating around the bush or vague responses. Definitely had our best interests in mind. Had multiple showings within days of listing and eventually sold at asking price. When buying we never felt pressured, and they were always learning our needs, wants, and would-be-nices, and adjusted the properties to show us accordingly. Very patient folks! Tim Nelson, Jeff Torfin, Clint Nelson and the whole team are very helpful - and truly work together as a team! Not your typical REALTOR brokerage, that is for sure!
