Katie at your Baxter location has gone ABOVE and BEYOND typical customer service to help us wth our colors. We are buying a house and completely re painting and she helped advise us what colors would be too dark and what looks good together. The pictures I have posted say it all. 1 month after being re-stained with Sherwin Williams product, my deck began to turn black. Their product does not repel water. My wood now absorbs water. I have been into Sherwin Williams and called several times. Never a return response. I will post several more pics so you can see that their product doesnot work. When the Sherwin Williams guy looked at my board that I removed and brought in, he says this has to be 9 to 10 years old. Nope my deck is now 2 years old. It just looks ten thanks to SHERWIN WILLIAMS. I wish I would have stuck to the cheap Home Depot stain I originally used.
The skill level of the crew is of the lowest quality. Don't trust anything to be handled over the phone go through the pain steaks of carrying your cans in for color matches that exist in their own color decks.
