A lot better since the remodel. Enjoy watching movies here.
The seats were noticably more comfortable than those at most theatres. The sound system was also noteworthy as it was powerful with deep resonant bass and seemed to be skillfully eq'd. The bathrooms were clean and featured Dyson Blade hand dryers. The concession area allowed for patrons to refill their own sodas. All in all a great place for a night at the movies.
I went from 3 stars to 1 star, all because of the level of service received by the "kid" working the concessions stand. Management should really watch the people that they have working for them. It is a movie theater for Pete sake, not a whole lot that they can screw up and get they managed to. If there was another option in brainerd, I would likely never go to lakes 12 again.
