I usually think this place is wonderful. Tonite the waitress was very slow. Took 20 min to take the bill so I can pay. Food came out cold no refund or smaller bill. "Sorry there was a disaster in the kitchen."
The 2 times I've ordered from here my food was cold. Not luke warm - COLD. The sauce wasn't even coating the half of the chicken. I've never had a good experience. Employees are rude and the food is bad. I expect food to be a lot better when I'm paying $30+ on an order.
Food was great and our waitress was even better. Made our BWWs experience the best I have had. Would recommend this BWWs.
Called ahead our order to pick up & go. After we left I realized my order was incorrect- I don't do spicy, and it was spicy- I called to see if I could get a new one. The lady on the phone, Emily?, told me she would get a new order going and let her manager know. I was thinking I was going to have to argue to either get new food or a refund. But nope, the manager went ABOVE & BEYOND and totally made my whole day! She not only met me at the door with a new, hot & correct order, she also gave me $10 gift certificate for their mistakes! Now that is AMAZING customer service! She did not have to do that! I am SO very thankful for the manager to go above and beyond to fix a mistake that all restaurants are bound to make every once in awhile! Thank You to the manger & Emily(?) for being quick, helpful & so generous! :)
Service was good. Some of the food was okay. The boneless wings were the worst I have ever had. Almost pasty texture. Two out of 4 sandwiches were so so. And food was barely warm. We will not go there again.
