great box! I look forward to attending again. they go thru a group, coach led warm up (many boxes neglect this part, was great that they do not), then strength work/skill, then WOD. felt like a member as soon as I walked in the door.
Dropped in from out of town and I was very impressed. The instructors were welcoming and very knowledgeable. The programming was fantatastic and a lot of fun. The box is well equipped and clean. Pretty much everything you could ask for. Highly recommend.
