My son was referred here by or local dentist with major anxiety issues. They called to set up an appointment, I wasn't able to schedule when they called as i was on my break at work. I called back at a later date and made his appointment, they took down any info they needed that wasn't already on the referral that had been sent to them. They called the day before to remind us of his appointment. The next day we drove a hour to their facility where they proceeded to tell me they can't see him because he is 15. REALLY they have known plenty long that he was 15, they should've have never made the appointment in the first place if "this is there policy". And as my son pointed out on the way out... So much for their sign on the door that says (in all caps) KIDS OF ALL AGES DENTISTRY
The first time my five year old needed work..they did five fillings without novocaine while. My son screamed. The second time they were able to use novocaine and he came out crying.he asked to be able to pick out of the prize box and they said no because he cried. Then his brother and him got croup and we missed an appt. They then dismissed us. Now my son has nowhere to go to get his teeth fixed.i called bawling and they stilk dont care
