The dealership did not have the model and color we wanted on site but they were able to find one from another site. We traded our old car in and received a very fair price for it. Josh, the finance person walked us through the whole process seamlessly. Once we went and got our car, Dan went through all the basic features and how to operate them. We were very happy in every way in which all of the arrangements were handled for our new vehicle. Every step of the process -- price of new, our trade allowance, information on financing -- allowed us to make good decisions and we felt that we were treated more than fairly in all respects. Cory, our salesperson, made everything very clear and made sure we understood each aspect of the deal. Living over an hour from Baxter, we were pleased to be able to accomplish much of our communication via email or phone, allowing us to get many of the details on the sale accomplished at a relaxed pace and save us time actually spent at the dealership. Cory was prompt and courteous in each reply. We never felt pressured at any point and look forward to our continued relationship with Cory and with Lake Country.

I was searching for an SUV late on a Friday night and sent an online request to the dealership requesting info. I did not expect to hear from someone until Saturday. Dan Bradford emailed me at 9:45pm to schedule a time to meet on Saturday for test drive. Brian Salisbury also emailed me that night with more info on another SUV and he ended up being my sales person. Brian was awesome! He had the 2 vehicles I was interested in washed and waiting for me upon my arrival. He went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and appreciated.
